It was not my first stay in that hotel - come back after the covid break. I found that the manager and the front desk staff were very helpful and tried to solved all the problems. Thanks are due especially to the manager. Hotel is located far from the city center (but there is a direct tramway line) however in a walking distance there are a commercial center Odysseum and what is more important - railway station Gare Sud de France. I have also appreciated the improvement of the level of English among the staff, comparing to my previous stays in France.

Nice breakfast (but scrambled eggs would have been nice), pool is nice but a bit small as the hotel was completely full and there were lots of people. Good location as the tram to take you to Montpellier is just a 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel. We unfortunately booked our trip last l’inusitée the rooms were expensive but the hotel is really worth it if you book in advance. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we go to Montpellier.

The location was fine for the entertainment complex… just a few minutes walk. Lots of restaurants and entertainment for the grandkids. Good bus service from the train station. The pool was clean and child friendly. The staff were super helpful especially Arezki who helped with a few minor issues but that was mostly to do with us being unable to speak French. He was brilliant, such an asset to the hotel. Well done Arezki. You’re a star.

Hotel is located very comfortable - not far from the exit/entrance of the highway, but it's not bothering at all. Also next to it you can find an Ocean world and huge trading mall with big variety of restaurants.

It was a standard Holiday Inn room. We had booked a twin bed room, but received a King. Staff did easily correct this. The room was average size with an excellent bed. Breakfast was buffet style with everything we needed. For an overnight stay not far from the train station it was perfect.
